One of the fun things of being a maker is that exciting moment when the final product is ready. When sketches become a real drawing or painting in a frame, a book that is ready to fly out. On these pictures, it’s the little drawing or print that suddenly becomes a little piece of creativity that you can wear or make a statement with. I especially like this size because it’s big enough to show details but small enough to put on clothes. I mostly wear one on my jacket and even got some responses from total strangers on the metro, for example, telling me they like it :-).

I’ve also been experimenting with extra layers of paint on top of the prints but that influences the surface of the foil that protects the button a bit (like the one with the neon orange paint on).

Starting from bags full of parts, mixed together, pressing the handle of the magic machine, et voila! It might be silly but things like this, however small,  just make me happy :-).
