Wednesday Wanderings (04)
I wonder sometimes if I take too many photographs. I try to leave my camera at home when it’s raining or really (but really) dark. At the same time, I think:”how can it be a bad thing with all the joy it brings me to capture the beauty and the light that makes my heart sing?”
The past week we’ve been skiing, hiking with the dogs and searching for a mountain that is probably hiding in snow (or at least the path that leads to it). But, hi there Mogwai, my happy friend, we had a great walk, right 🙂
More about the dog-ventures here.
My photographs are a way of sharing the things that I see. A way to remember the things I experience. Too bad I can’t share the sound of the frozen snow. It made me think of bamboo wind chimes. Instead of just walking I kicked the snow around with every step. Listening to the magical sound and giggle on the inside of my frozen face.
